Fred joins the team with years of customer service experience. He manages clients through the on-boarding process and trains them on our technologies. He also provides clients with answers to any technical questions or issues they might have.

Casey has a background in Customer Success and Account Management that he brings to the team. He enjoys the day-to-day of getting to know customers and making sure they are happy. Casey is a Bay Area native and loves his local sports teams. Hikes with his wife and dog are one of his favorite weekend activities.
